Early Dolls

After a few years of sculpting I decided to send out some photos (pre-computer days) to some doll galleries. I got a response back from All Dolls and was able to sell a few dolls to them!
That was such fun! More galleries followed. I then was able to go to New York City to participate in the United Artists Doll Show in 2002. It was only a few months after 9/11 so it was a bittersweet trip. What a thrill though. I was pretty new to the business and to big city life! The show sold out and I continued going for several years.
The show then got moved to Orlando for a few years and then it was back to New York City for a different show called Magnum Opus. That show ended after a couple of years and I attended private shows for a while.
I haven’t attended any since and look back on those days with fond memories! Now the internet has taken over and I sell through photos online.
